SCOTS EASTER CHOIR SIGN UP:

 

Welcome to the Scots Easter Choir. This exciting new choir, directed by choir master Luke Sweeting. This choir has been formed to help those in the church community and Wynyard community to enjoy singing and musically contribute to the Easter church services at Scots Church Sydney.

 

Rehearsals:

9:50am-10:15am unday in March 2020

 

Performances at Easter Services: 10:30am-12pm Sunday 5th April & 7:30pm-8:30pm Thursday 9th April

 

Venue: Scots Church Sydney, 42-44 Margaret St, Sydney

 

Repertoire: Two songs only, When I Survey and TBC

• How to join? Please fill out this form and come to rehearsals. No auditions.
• Who can join? We welcome members from the community and members from the church to join the choir.
• But I've never sung in a choir before? You'll be one of many, we’ll help you out and provide audio examples to help you learn.
• Can I just give it a try for a week or two? Certainly, we welcome that!
• Whereabouts? Scots Church Sydney, 44 Margaret St, Sydney
• Is there any cost to join? No
• I might be away for a rehearsal or a performance? Please try to make all rehearsals and performances as much as possible
• Is this run by a church? Yes, Scots Church Sydney.
• How big will this choir be? Current signups show we would expect between 15 and 25 people.

 

Dates: Sunday 5th April 10:30am Service and Thursday 9th April Evening Easter Service.

 

Songs: We are planning to sing When I Survey, and one more easy song (TBC). Audio parts coming to you in a week or so.
